how to set up a simple low cost water breakdown alarming system

Materials required: power converter, alarm, normally closed water flow switch USM-FS21TA.

Steps:

The power supply can be a mobile phone charger or a router power supply, preferably 5V or 9V, 12V, or 24V. The simplest one is okay. Cut off the charging head and take the red and black wires. Some may be red and white wires. Red is positive, and black or white is negative. Note the confirmation in step 2 after testing.

Connect the positive and negative poles of the power supply to the positive and negative poles of the alarm, and test the power supply. The alarm of the alarm is normal, indicating that the positive and negative poles are correct, and the power supply current is sufficient. If the alarm sound of the alarm is low, or the sound and light alarm only alarms and does not emit light, it is that the power supply of the power converter is insufficient.

Think of the normally closed water flow switch as a push-button switch. Two wires are connected in series to the red or black wire. If possible, the copper body is installed on the water pipe and tested. If not, use a mouth blower to test it. After the wiring is correct and the power is on, the alarm will give an alarm. Turn on the faucet, and stop the alarm after there is water flowing, or after blowing with a sufficient air flow.
